Allen said he would be able to provide display equipment for the booth. John said if the booth was big enough he would be willing to bring his Boice built wood jetboat for display. We will need volunteers to man the booth every day of the show. We would sell t-shirts, stickers and memberships. Jeff was going to produce another club video. We’d like to get a 26-32” flat panel for video proposes. If anyone has an extra one or knows of a one we could borrow, it would be appreciate.
4) Hells Canyon 2009
We probably should think about what next years run is going to consist of so folks can start planning.

5) Holiday party/December meeting
Discussion
Dennis is going to check on a meeting hall in the Clackamas area. Jeff graciously offered his house again to host the December meeting/party. We’ll use this as a back up location if the meeting hall doesn’t work out. Officer elections will be held at this meeting.
6) For the good of the order…
· Jeff reported we have about 50 members now. There are a few members who have not paid their dues. There is about $1600 in the club account.
· Jeff reported there is still some paper work we need to file with the feds for the club. We need to file this paperwork if we are not going to be under the Boise WWA group. Since the Boise Group has not really expressed much interest in bringing our club under their “umbrella”, we will function as our own entity. Cost is $300 to file.
· For the winter months, it was suggested we move the meeting time to 6:00 for those who have to travel.
· WWA Boise Banquet is the Jan 24th.
· There was a suggestion we do a Fuel Raffle at each meeting.
· Rogue Run – An alternative lodging location was discusses at Agness. There would need to be enough folks to open the lodge since they are closed in February. If there was enough interest folks could certainly peruse this option.
